"I used Utility connect about 3 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. Now that I'm moving again, I called again to set up utilities. The person I spoke to this time was only able to set up internet for me. She said she would get back to me with the information for the other utilities. And then she tried to hard sell me on a security system even after I said no several times. Several days later I received an email with the information for the other utilities and when I called it was the wrong information. This was disappointing both because it took so long to get the information and then it was faulty. Timeliness is important when one is moving. It seems as though this company has taken a downturn in the last several years and that is unfortunate as it was so helpful before."
