Tango Tab

With over 50 million people in America living under the shadow of food insecurity, Tango Tab was developed by Andre Angel to help impact the number of those in local communities who go without meals. Tango Tab 's "When You Eat, They Eat" promise helps solve the hunger epidemic by partnering with numerous restaurants nationwide to donate a meal to a person in need through a local food charity when "checking in" to the restaurant through the Tango Tab app. Also, the first Saturday of every month, Tango Tab sponsors a sandwich-making event to help "Feed the City" where volunteers meet at a sponsoring restaurant bringing meat, bread, & mustard. Event after event, thousands of sandwiches are made to help feed those in need in the community. We at Utility Connect are touched and inspired by Tango Tab's organization and volunteers on a monthly basis giving back to the community.

BvB Dallas

BvB Dallas is a yearly powder-puff football game geared to raise money for Alzheimer's research and awareness. In 8 years BvB Dallas has raised over $2,000,000 helping those afflicted by Alzheimer's disease. In 2016, Utility Connects Director of Business Development, Justin Sarmiento was selected as a coach of the "Blonde" Team and a fundraising advocate lead for BvB Dallas.

Our employees start earning paid time off on there very first day. In your first year alone, you can accumulate up to two weeks of PTO.

Office Meals

We love a competitive atmosphere in our office, so we hold daily contest to incentivize our staff to work hard. Food seems to be the key to their hearts, so we set certain daily goals and if they are met, we feed the staff. Monthly Bonus

We have put together a cool programs where we do a profit share based on company revenue goals. At the end of each month, the profit share earned is divided between the top-grossing team & top-grossing agent.

Positions

Administrative Assistant

An administrative assistant performs administrative & office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving & directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, reporting & filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities & strong communication skills are required.

Personal Home Concierge

A personal home concierge assists customer in setting up all home services & must be good at responding to customer inquiries, processing orders & routing calls to appropriate departments. Handles a high volume of calls, usually leveraging an auto dialer system. Performs data entry, maintains customer databases & logs calls. Excellent communication, customer service & alphanumeric data entry skills are required.

Transaction Coordinator

A transaction coordinator will help aid our business development teams get lunches & other events scheduled, as well as maintaining outside strategic partnerships by helping reps manage their accounts & assess any issue that might arise between our strategic partnerships.

Outside Business Development

An outside business development rep must find & create strategic partnerships with real estate professionals, homebuilders, locators, relocation companies, title companies, property management companies, leasing agents, & so on. You are in charge of researching companies & setting appointments! Your goal is to develop a strategic partnership by setting up luncheons, breakfasts, or even happy hour events where we can win them over. Your transaction coordinator will help you manage these relationships as you get them.

Internet Marketing Manager

An internet marketing manager will focus on assisting with the execution of the Utility Connect online marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, website and landing page maintenance, online analytics, & email marketing. The online marketing specialist will help implement marketing activities across a variety of online channels as well as assist with marketing support. The ideal candidate will be someone who works well both individually & as part of a team, and is highly motivated & results-driven.
